Hunting Memberships For Sale-2009-10 Season:
2,000 acre property in Richland GA/Stewart County. Near Fort Benning. This club is a QDM club small membership base consisting of 18 members. We are looking to fill 4 openings for this upcoming season by June the 1st.
Property and Stands:
Nice Deer, Hog and Turkey populations. This past deer season one 11pt & 9pt taken. Have over 30 camp stands/blinds for use. Food plots are located throughout the property with some being located near camp stands. Some stands are in the brush others are positioned with shooting alleys or small clearings. We have a few 2 person stands for father/son use or if you just need a little more room. There are blinds if climbing isn’t your thing. Feeders are spread out and are stocked during the off season along with mineral and salt blocks. Feeders are stocked with a corn and grain mix. Trails for ATV’s although most roads are passable by vehicle. Two medium size creeks run over the main road through camp. Also have a pond (We do not stock it. Don’t know if there is fish or not, but you can sure try).
There is a shooting range for sighting in your firearms. Its approx 60 yards and only used for emergencies during the season. Pictured below.
There are processors in the area if you would like that option. Their info is located in the camp house. Or we have an area for dressing and processing if you would like that option. We do not allow field dressing on the property.
Main Camp:
There is a “main” camp with cut outs for tents or campers; each spot has been cleared for it. Medium sized common area building which has a few grills. Small kitchen with stove and microwave and a sink for dishes, all of which work. Tables and chairs. TV with limited cable (Equipped with state of the art bunny ears with aluminum foil, we spare NO expense). Main house runs off of a generator. But we don’t have a maid service so you are expected to clean up after yourself. Have an outhouse for camp use bring your own reading materials. Sign-in board located at the front, must check in and tag for all hunts. It’s a safety thing, and so we don’t ruin each other’s hunt.
Members:
We range in ages and sizes. Some of us are retired others wish they were. We come from a wide range of career backgrounds from law enforcement to business owner. We are all ethical hunters and hold each member accountable for the wildlife taken on the property. Guests are welcomed but there are daily fees and limits. There are rules and regulations that we have and you will be given a packet stating them the day you sign up or feel free to ask a head of time. They are all basic and should not be hard to follow. With that said we are a laid back group and we do like to kick back and relax. Alcohol is allowed and welcomed as long as the guns are secured for the day/night. No mixing of the two.
Membership:
Costs are $1,300 for the entire year. You have full access of the 2,000 acres and 30 camp stands, minus others private stands. You can hunt as often as you would like and when you would like. What you hunt is limited to DNR regulations and our own quality management rules. You are able to place 2 private stands on the property for your use only. You have access to the kitchen and out house. There will be 5 work weekends per year. You are required to attend at least 3. During these work weekends food plots are planted, camp stands are worked on and general clean up of the property is done. Everyone benefits so everyone is required to work. You will have to supply your own water and generators. There is only one for the “main house” and its use is limited for that. Your membership includes; you, one child and your spouse.

If you make plans to visit for a tour then keep them. You don’t like having your time wasted and either do we. Gas still isn’t cheap and personal time isn’t either.
