I leave my feeders out all year, but don't feed year round. Corn is about 17$ a houndred, to rich for my blood. I usually start feeding about 2 month before bow season. This is in late summer, allowing me to get some trail camera pics and it gets the deer traveling in my direction. Some times this is all it takes to get an old buck into a routein. The place that I hunt is owned by one of my best friends, and I have nothing to worry about. I would not suggest this practice on public land, feeders and cameras can become expensive.
