I started tying my own jigs several years ago. The rubberbands would dry out and fall apart and I would take the strands and tie them back on. Then I started mixing and matching strands. Pretty soon, my buddies were asking me to tie for them and I figured why not sell some on ebay? Shortly after that Basskwondo was born. I officially launched
BASSKWONDO!! Custom Bass Jigs - Home in April of 2008. It doesn't seem like that long ago, but I have designed, redesigned, tweaked, tested, tweaked some more and am still not finished. I guess to stop progressing is to die. Things have really been exploding lately, and the more people that get involved, the more ideas come to light. It won't be long at all and the jigs I make now will be updated and reinvented again. I have several new ideas that will be released in the next couple of weeks. So keep checking me out for new and exciting developments. Did I answer your question? Sometimes I go on and on when it comes to fishing.
