| I'd have to say my personal favorite is pheasant. There's nothing quite like a cackling rooster getting up between your legs unannounced. What probably makes this my favorite however, is seeing my dog work.
Goose hunting would be a close second though. For those of you who have not hunted geese over decoys, you're missing out. It is probably one of the most addicting sports i've participated in. The excitement of having 25-100 geese, trying to land on your head is unexplainable.
Elk hunting would be my third choice. Would probably be higher if the season were longer, but with only 5 days of hunting, it can't catch up with the others.
