| all colors all colors seem to work at different times for me. I have learned to tie several on at the same time, while leaving slack in the line for the jig to move. It is a tricky knot but works well. (First pull slack from your rod, take the first jig and loop it through the eye. move it to the top of the rod and give it a little slack. twist the line once. take the hole left in the middle of the twist and keep it open. twist the other piece of line about five times. then pull the jig through your middle hole. wet the line with saliva and pull. the line will slide together and the jig will have an inch or two of room to move freely. repeat with next jig and tie the last to the end) Confusing, maybe, effective definitely.
