i've shot a few pigs around the weatherford area with my brother. We were hunting on the river on four wheelers and would cruise around, stop, and try to call them in. If you've never heard a pig call, i would rank it about 10x's as annoying as a predator call. It's supposed to sound like a piglet in disress. We called several in on us and shot 2 (1 - 210lbs sow and a nice eating yearling that followed). My second experience was much more fun. We hunted at night on a platform stand (windmill tower) with a game feeder underneath. The tower was located on the edge of a peanut field with draws leading down to it. We sat on the stand until said pigs found their way out of the draws and to their night time feeding spot. Once about 20 of them were happily around the feeder, we flipped on two spotlights and started blazin away. We put 3 on the ground and the farmer couldn't have been any happier...
