I'd sure love to catch a ten pound bass. I don't care if it's in Kansas, or Oklahoma, or freakin' North Korea.

My father in law is from South West Kansas (Liberal) and he caught his first largemouth on our Guided Striper trip to Texoma a couple of weeks ago.

I was in shock that he'd never caught a bass before. I've caught thousands of them and just assumed I guess, as many times as we'd been fishing together that he had. We always fish for walleye or sand bass, or hybrid bass, so it never came up.

I guess that's one of the differences between living in Southwest Kansas compared to Central Oklahoma. You wouldn't think there'd be many haha.
