Any tips on how to catch bass from shore this time of year? I want to Benbrook last night after dark, hoping the bass would come shallow, and threw several different kinds of baits, but didn't get a bite.
Is it just too hot to find bass near shore now, even at night? Should I fish in shallow flats, deeper waters, rip-rap, or elsewhere? Thanks.
