| Give away what I can, and those that I take home, I turn into jerky. I've put together a damn good marinade for them. Can't even tell it's goose. Most people I know that shoot alot either take them to a packer and have sticks made, or they make their own jerky (ground and shot threw a cannon). I personally can't stand jerky thats shot through a cannon. I have a meat slicer at work that helps ease the process of making true jerky.
