| You are right about less competition, but with lower revenue the DOW as an Enterprise Agency in Colorado and receiving no state funding may be forced to raise liscense fees, and my guess is it will fall harder on out of state hunters. Otherwise there will be cuts in staffing and managment of the state's wildlife. |
