| I can point you in the right direction. The area we hunt is public ground around Craig Colorado in the Beaver Flat Top Wilderness. This area is home to the largest Elk herd in North America. This past year, we must have seen around 150 elk on the first half day, of which 10-12 were shooter bulls.
