I'm sitting in my office looking out the window and saw two geese with neckbands??? They look like a link of PVC pipe about 3 inches long on their neck. I've heard of people shooting them, but have never seen them. Anyone, Anyone?? I'll bring my camera tomorrow and see if they return for a photo op.
