Bill Dance vs. Roland Martin

Who would you pick between these two.

Growing up as a kid watching these two always gave me something to look forward too. I couldn't wait for Saturday and Sunday mornings, so I could watch fishing shows.

I would have to pick Bill Dance. Something about Roland I just don't care for. Probably because everyfish he hooks is a "Giant,Giant Fish"

I used to LOVE Bill Dance but as he progressed with his television show it got too technical and too commercial. JUST FISH and be yourself! Plus, he'd always REALLY play the fish once it got to the boat. Hey Bill, we all know you're gonna land him, we don't need the fabricated drama! Other than that, I loved watching Bill Dance Outdoors. Of course, he did convince me to buy all those worthless strike king grass frogs.

Roland Martin was okay sometimes, but he was always catching fish that were two or three pounds and calling them 6 or 7 pounds. We aren't stupid Roland. Holding the fish closer to the camera is not going to fool us into thinking it's 4 pounds bigger than it is. He was always very bragadocious and came off egotistical in my opinion. I still enjoyed his show, but he could stand to lose the "Shooter McGavin" attitude. (or for you Okies, the Dean Blevins)

Jimmy Houston's show was great while it was on.

I used to love watching ol' marble mouth Hank Parker. My favorite one was when he was fishing with Alan Jackson. Not sure why I remember that.

There's one more guy that I liked to watch but I can't remember his name. Older guy, fished florida a lot. Dang it what is his name!
