reece Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 9	Poor man's line stripper I'm probably way late figuring this out, but if not, I'll share. As a guide, I'm doing a lot of re-spooling line these days and it always drives me crazy stripping line by hand ... and I'm too cheap to buy a line stripper. However I have recently started saving any empty line spools I have. When it's time to respell a reel I grab an empty spool. A half-inch drill bit for my portable drill fits good and tight in the empty spool. Tie the old line to the empty spool... hit the trigger on the portable drill and voila' ... a poor man's line stripper that works like a charm! Thanks Reece
