2010 Basskwondo Team Tournament Trail

I'm starting a tournament trail. It will be a 100% payout, 2 man per boat, monthly (Mar-Nov) trail. The Trail will be limited to the first 12 boats registered. For registration, rules, fees, payouts, calendar and other info check out Basskwondo Team Tournament Trail - Home or click on the Tournament Trail nav link at BASSKWONDO!! Custom Bass Jigs - Home At this time, the dates and locations of tournaments are flexible so I can accomodate the majority of teams that enter. I would also appreciate any input or comments. Thanks a bunch. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Tournament Trail Updates

I've taken the advice of several individuals and made some changes to the Trail. I hope these changes will be more competitor friendly and promote the Trail's overall success. Thanks for checking it out.

Thanks!

Thanks for the compliment. You should fish with us. Aside from the tournament winnings, there could be lots of freebies involved.

I would like to. I'll just have to see how our schedule shakes out. How long have you been in the jig making business?

I started tying my own jigs several years ago. The rubberbands would dry out and fall apart and I would take the strands and tie them back on. Then I started mixing and matching strands. Pretty soon, my buddies were asking me to tie for them and I figured why not sell some on ebay? Shortly after that Basskwondo was born. I officially launched BASSKWONDO!! Custom Bass Jigs - Home in April of 2008. It doesn't seem like that long ago, but I have designed, redesigned, tweaked, tested, tweaked some more and am still not finished. I guess to stop progressing is to die. Things have really been exploding lately, and the more people that get involved, the more ideas come to light. It won't be long at all and the jigs I make now will be updated and reinvented again. I have several new ideas that will be released in the next couple of weeks. So keep checking me out for new and exciting developments. Did I answer your question? Sometimes I go on and on when it comes to fishing.

2010 Basskwondo Team Tournament Trail

Hey everyone. I just wanted to let you all know about a Team Tournament Trail I am trying to get organized. I've played with several scenarios and taken the advice of all who would offer it. You can check out the official rules and schedule by clicking on the "Tournament Trail" link at Basskwondo.com. The schedule is still pending permits and available dates. It is a 100% payout trail with no cap on boat numbers. Early registration is a $20 membership due to pay for tournament expenses like scales and such. Payouts are 40% for first, 30% for second, 20% for third and 10% for Big Bass. We will fish a 2-day in Feb, one Sat in Mar-Oct, and a 2-day finale in Nov. Lakes include Arbuckle twice, Murray twice, Ft. Cobb twice, Waurika twice (don't laugh, a 13 lber came out of there last year), Ellsworth and Lawtonka. I'm still open to advice and any comments will be appreciated. Thanks a bunch.
