erik Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 19	Best way to clean Birds Most of the guys I hunt with use shears cut the wings, legs and head (at the neck) and peel the hide with the feathers off. Then we can either cut the breasts off or clean out the body cavity and dispose of the entrails. If you are cleaning a small game bird the best part is the breast and I don't keep anything else. Thanks Erik
