| New to Cat fishing seeking advise Headed on my first trip for flatheads headed to the James river to the Georgia Pacific paper mill in Big Island Va., What should I use for bait will bait shop shiners work, can you fish during the day for them, will they hit dead bait, should I fish above wood piles and drift under them. I used to smallmouth and I've noticed that the river is deeper along the edges should I fish the chutes or target the woodpiles. Sorry for being so dumb but just looking for a way to get started.
