I work with a guy that gets ticked off every time I show him a picture of the large catfish that are caught by members of this sight. He insists that those fish will die from being handled the way we normally handle them. I showed him a picture of Archie record fish and even though he was impressed by the fish’s size he says that Archie shouldn't let a fish like that touch his shirt because the shirt will wipe off the fishes slime therefore causing him to get infected and eventually die. I see a lot of people handle big fishes like that. What’s the true story behind that? Is it a myth or is there some fact to it? Thanks Brenden
