| Question about hooking big catfish? This is my first posting on this website. My problem is I like to fish at a spillway off the sidewall, which is about thirty feet from the water. What happens a lot is I get a major hit, I set the hook and the fish starts to run and a few seconds later he gets off. This usually only happens with the big ones. What am I doing wrong? Any thoughts would greatly appreciate. Thanks Zackery |
