Kansas Archery Tag

I got lucky and drew a Kansas either sex tag for archery. I've hunted there the last 2 years with a rifle but took a chance and applied for an archery tag this year. I am pumped about this one. Hope to get up there and hang some stands in the next 2 or 3 weeks.

We got drawn again to Elk hunt in New Mexico so I'm stoked about that. I may venture out to Kansas to tag along with my brother in law and father in law on their Muzzle Loader Mule Deer hunt. They always do very well up there. It will suck not to get to hunt, but it should be fun anyway...

What area will you be hunting in?

We will be hunting in Zones 7 & 8. We are just North of Concordia on both sides of the highway. I killed a good 10 pt there year before last with my rifle. I would post a picture of him but I don't know how to do that.
