just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. I live and hunt in Ohio. Pretty much just strictly deer hunt and most of that with a bow. Shot a 130+ class 8 pointer this year with my bow. I hunt primarily public land ( national forest) with high pressure so most buck's you see are pretty young and small. I was fortunate to get this one. Stuck a real nice 13 pointer 2 years ago down there. The decent bucks are in there, just have to be patient and hope for a bunch of luck. Went today and shot my .50 cal muzzle loader today getting ready for muzzle loader season in a few weeks.

Good luck Orion, hope you kill a big'en.

Also, welcome to the site.

Hunting public is a lot tougher challenge than hunting private land, but I guess if you have the patience and do kill a big one the reward has to be that much greater.
