Canyon Lake Guide Report

Canyon Lake: Water gin clear; 62 degrees; 907.15' (3' low)
Largemouth are fair to good along 5'-10' breaklines of flats w/deep water nearby pitching a 5" somke-red JDC Craw, Texas rigged green-pumpkin Scoundrel worms, and 3/16 oz. pumpkin Terminator finesse jigs with Uncle Josh trailers.

Smallmouth are very good over rockpiles and along bluff ledges in 3'-10' on smoke colored 4" JDC grubs, 1/4 oz. Rat-L-Traps and split shot rigged Devil's Tongues.

Stripers are improving but surface activity remains short in 40'-60' vertically jigging Pirk Minnows, weighted white Snap Back jerkbaits and cranking or trolling deep diving Rogues.
