Canyon Lake Guide Report

Canyon Lake: Water gin clear; 71 degrees; 905.45' (4.5' low):
Largemouth are good to 7 lbs early in 8'-20' on mainlake
points and brushpiles along secondary points using crawfish
Rat-L-Traps, JDC Skip N Pop topwaters and 6 inch blue flake worms.
Smallmouth are fair to good in 8'-20' on smoke-red tubes, root-
beer green curl tail grubs and drop shot Devil's Tongues.
Stripers are slow.
White Bass are fair in jumps along points over 20' on 1/8 oz.
Bleeding Shad Tiny Traps, Shad Raps and grubs.
Crappie are fair to good very early tight to trees and at the fishing
pier on minnows.
