Lake Buchanan Guide Report

Lake Buchanan: Water clear; 48 degrees; 998.28':
Largemouth are fair between in 12 to 25 feet along bluff
ledges and mainlake points using 1/4 oz. black/blue
Terminator football head jigs with craw trailers; pumpkin
Devil's Tongues on drop shot rigs and smoke JDC craws
on football jigheads.
Stripers are fair to good from Shaw Island to Paradise Point
casting/jigging 1/4 ounce white Curb's striper jigs, Pirk
Minnows and drifting live bait in 18 to 30 feet.
White bass are slow to fair trolling "down deep" Shad Raps
and vertically jigging Tiny Traps and Pirk Minnows.
