Canyon Lake & Upper Guadalupe River Guide Report

Water gin clear; 69 degrees; 909.78':

Largemouth are very good to 8 lbs along breaklines of flats in 3'-8' on albino-blue soft jerkbaits, pumpkin-grn Snap Back tubes (www.terminatorlures.com) and pumpkin-chartreuse Ring Worms. Upriver, crawfish 1/4 oz. 'Traps (www.rat-l-trap.com), whacky rigged 6" Ice Tea Scoundrel worms on 3/0 "K" Whacky Hooks (www.falconlures.com) worked tight to stumps on flats are producing.

Smallmouth and Guadalupe Bass to 3.5 lbs are good in 8'-20' on rootbeer-green flake curl tail grubs, smoke-red Snap Back tubes and silver 4 inch Ring Worms rigged on 1/8 oz. jigheads.

Crappie are good to 12" in 3'-8' of water on live minnows, blue-chartreuse
1/1/6 oz. Tube Jigs and chartreuse Curb's crappie jigs.
