5/29/08 hunt
Went out earlier tonight with my dad, and as we both had to be back in early, made a quick hunt. The first field we hit it was the same story from all the previous hunts we have been on, and I did not post about since all we had been killing were shoats. However at the second field my young cur pup started jumping in the air like one of my ol' dogs that was killed last year and then took off. My older dogs jetted in as well when they hit that spot and not long after we had a good bay going. We wound up getting a nice 175 +/- boar and was home by 11:30. Sure was nice to get something other then shoats.

IT's alot of fun. Look us up as we do some guided hunts everynow an then if you want to go. Right now is the time to do it with it being grain season.
