Mojo Dove

I have recently discussed with a friend a newly used product called the mojo dove. I have hunted dove for many years but have never used any form of decoy. There are rumors flying around about the way this product will change the flight patern of the birds so much that it's more like dove shooting rather than hunting. I have hunted with the robo duck, (biult much like the mojo dove) and have to admit that these robo ducks do the job themselves. No aditional calling is really neaded and they are a must for begginer duck hunters. So with that in mind I have decided to purchace a couple of the mojo to give them a chance. If you or anyone you know has seen or used these please let me know what all the hype is about, Thanks.

I have shot many hundreds of doves over a mojo. Our hunting group has made valid comparisons of to mojo or not. Thing works like dove cocaine. Doesn't matter what direction they are coming from, once spotted, doves fly and land directly at it. We generally hunt over water, but it has also proven effective anytime birds are moving. To optimize effectiveness, make sure and have a good number of decoys placed on fence lines, tree limbs etc. and place mojo in clearing a short distance away. Since obtaining one, our group must have a dozen or so now, and have made some of our own. Homemade mojo consists of a dove sillohoutte with wing cutouts passing through a roller bearing. Only need a slight breeze to set wings flashing.

I highly recommend purchasing one on making a few to supplement decoys.
