Please advise me on this Scope

I came across a Simmons Blazer 4X32 Matt priced at
$49.99. Do you think the price is worth it. I'm planning to get it for my sonny's B'day which falls next week

I've only ever had one Simmons, and have yet to have any problems with it. However, I would advise caution it that it seems awfully cheap for a scope. I try to remember that there are "bargains" out there but in general you are going to get what you pay for.

This scope will be fine for a novice, or an inexpensive gift, but if your son is an avid hunter he will not be satisfied with this choice. If you can't spare the extra cash for a good scope get him a gift certificate to put toward a good one.
