Never fished it but I love Striper fishing on Lake Texoma. Went twice last spring/summer and hope to go a bunch more times this year.

When I clean Striper or eye on thing I make sure and do is to cut out the cheek meat, this I feel is some of the best on the fish.

We have a floating home in Shanghai, and most of our friends are in Springs. My good friend and charter captain is Johnny Cash is out of Springs, in fact he lives in New Carlisle. We fish and party together at there floating home at Springs Dock . What kind of Boat to you fish out of, I will keep a look out for it on the lake.... If they have some good weather in Feb. I am going down for some winter fishing....
