How do I add a quote, and an avatair?

Greyhound,

It's pretty easy to do. On the forum page or any page for that matter, find the tab at the top "User CP". Click on this tab and it will take you to your personal control panel. On the left hand side, there are many tasks listed that you can personalize to your liking. For avatar, click edit avatar and it will allow you to upload a pic from a URL or upload an image from your computer. Load image in desired way and submit. For signature, click edit signature and you will be able to create a personalized one.
