Goose season opened here in Colorado this past weekend. Hunted both flights on Saturday and Sunday a.m. flight. Got the big skunk both days. Didn't even fire a shot!! There were lots of geese in the area, but nothing wanted anything to do with us. First day we set out 16 dozen full bodies and tried everything to get them in (calling hard, no calling, clucks and moans, flagging, no flagging, excessive flagging). Birds seemed fairly responsive to the flags as we were able to break off several flights. They would all cruise over pretty high, take one look and keep on moving. Sunday we scaled back and only put out 5 dozen dekes. No luck same looks. Once we get a little weather, i'm sure all this will change .

Snow on the ground??? Hell it's supposed to be 75 here today. Ure-a-duck, are all your motion goose decoys pull string? I looked through your site and only saw this model. How far from your blind do you generally set them up?
