Looking at getting a new short reed goose call.

I am thinking a mellow call that will work well over water and in areas that have a lot of echoes. That probably means wood or

delrin. I am not very good with the short reeds so something not too difficult to master.
Any suggestions?

Sorry, not much help to your original question b/c I'm relatively new to waterfowl hunting. Anyways, you guys know a good cd or video on calling (especially duck)?
