Situated just minutes from the New Orleans French Quarters is the Lodge of Louisiana. The south's only true, ALL INCLUSIVE hunting and fishing lodge. Experience the beauty and abundance of Louisiana's wild coastal swamps, marsh and bayous with a luxury stay at the sportsman's destination.
Permanently docked on Barataria Bayou, this former river vessel has been transformed into a full service sportsman's hotel, complete with bar, 3500 square foot Great Room with 6 foot cable projection TV and 25 individual guest rooms each private baths and A/C units, accommodating up to 45 adult guests.
We offer the best hunting and inshore/offshore fishing and hunting available. Our guides will pick you up at the front for a trip to remember. We use the team fishing concept, so we locate fish quickly. Our fleet is made up of 24'-26' center console bay boats with 2 high performance engines. We fish up to 4 anglers per boat.
Whether fishing, hunting, or visiting The Lodge for a meeting or corporate event, you should always feel comfortable that our staff will: Greet all guests upon check-in, give tours and point out the uniqueness of the Lodge; Schedule all guest activities for Airboat Tours, Seaplane Adventures, Shuttle Service, Golfing, Fishing, Hunting, etc; Inform guests of activities or programs available at Lodge they may not be aware of; Insure that each Guests “fun potential” can be achieved; Introduce Guides to the guests; and, Foster camaraderie and friendliness between different groups of guests to enhance the Lodge atmosphere and the unique Sportsmen’s experience.
