Greetings from The Farm located on the edge of the wilderness in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Our 800-acre ranch straddles the Somo River and has been a working beef, buffalo, deer, and tree farm for four generations although our primary passion is great Finnish hospitality that goes back nearly 110 years. At The Farm you can escape to the country and relax, enjoy our beautiful, rural surroundings, eat our amazing Finnish meals, cross-country ski, ride your horse, hike, hunt, spend time with family or friends, take a Finnish sauna, go on a sleigh ride, try the scavenger hunt, or a host of other activities. You'll also enjoy our comfortable, cottage-like accommodations with modern amenities and beautiful brick wood-burning fireplaces. There are no strangers at The Farm, only friends you haven't met yet. Come and hunt at "The Farm," located in Northern Wisconsin. At Palmquist Farm, hunt wild game on nearly 11,000 acres of private and public land. “The Farm” offers 800 acres of forests, fields with ponds, and private trails as well as our Northern Buck Preserve. Also Palmquist Farm is surrounded by 10,000 acres of county, state, and federal land open to public hunting. If hunting whitetail deer, ruffed grouse, woodcock and turkey is your pleasure, then “The Farm” will be your hunting paradise. In addition, Bison hunts may be available.
