As you browse our web pages you will see the commitment we have made in creating our almost 3000 acres into the finest pheasant habitat in all of South Dakota. Diversity is everywhere. Rolling hills, abundant draws, wooded creek bottoms and hundreds of acres of food plots provide our guests the perfect place to hunt. Always within minutes of our front door your entire hunting experience is one that you will never forget. Knowing our guests come to hunt, we are pleased to offer the largest bag limits in South Dakota, 21 birds per gun. Our luxury 19,000 square foot lodge offers up to 32 guests the ultimate in country hospitality and comfort. Sixteen guest rooms offer spectacular views, not to mention all of the comforts of a luxury hotel.
Every year tens of thousands of waterfowl migrate south just minutes from ScatterGun Lodge. This year for the first time guests will be offered the opportunity to enjoy some of the finest goose hunting in North America during their visit to ScatterGun Lodge.
Our new hunting area, just ten minutes from the lodge will feature two separate shooting areas. Both areas are equipped with comfortable, state of the art, underground pits. Your hunt for both ducks and geese will be over decoys and of course be fully guided. Waterfowl hunting is always best after mid-November so make your reservations accordingly.
