Everyone is welcome, from the seasoned fishing veteran, right down to the youngsters. Priest Lake is an excellent destination for the serious angler looking for that "Trophy Trout" of a lifetime, or as an excellent added activity to your families' Idaho vacation.
Rich has been successfully guiding anglers in the Idaho Panhandle since 1974. He has extensive guiding experience on the lakes surrounding the Coeur d' Alene, Idaho area, but has always favored Priest Lake. He is now focusing his efforts there, offering the best deepwater trout fishing available. At almost 20 miles in length, the pristine waters of Priest Lake are home to the current U.S. Record Lake Trout of 57 lbs. 8 ozs. Most of the trout you will catch will weigh an honest 4 to 10 lbs. You will also have honest opportunities to catch and release Lake Trout that weigh in excess of 20 to over 45 lbs. The average trip produces from 8 to sometimes over 40 trout landed. These trips are about catching lots of trout!
Rich has an uncanny ability to produce wonderful catches on a daily basis. It is an extremely rare occurance for him to fail. On those rare occasions, Rich will gladly re-book your party at no extra charge for your return trip.
