Joe Roope's Castaway Fly Shop is a full service fly shop located in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Created by Joe Roope Sr. and Joe Roope Jr. in 1981, Castaway has been faithfully serving Northwest anglers by providing the finest in fly fishing tackle, guided fly fishing adventures, fly tying materials, and locally tied flies throughout its 26 year existence.
Castaway offers guided outings on many of the beautiful lakes and streams in the Northwest including the shadowy St. Joe River, the Clarks Fork River, the Coeur d'Alene River and many more. Castaway is a licensed dealer of Loop Tackle Design, Sage, Winston, Ross, Simms, Tibor, Smith-Action Optics, and dozens of other industry leading products.
